Registration for the Spring MAPLE Season is currently open.   If you completed the Spring MAPLE Interest Form you still need to register for the Spring Season.

Please register online by going to MelroseUnited.com and clicking on Register.

Registrations must be submitted by April 1st in order to submit our rosters to the Mass Premier League (MAPLE) for Week 1 games on April 7th.
